It was a great pleasure working with Ross in our roles at South Central Connexions. Ross is a dedicated and hardworking and this was evidenced in the time and energy he invested in the group of young people we were working with at the time. Ross was always up for trying out new ways of working and being innovative. He has excellent communication skills and engages well with a range of stakeholders.
