RHS Consultancy is Ross Smith and his colleagues. Ross is the founder of RHS Consultancy and a passionate and determined advocate for those living with disabilities and impairments.
With almost two decades of experience assisting organisations in changing the way they serve those living with disabilities, Ross’s approach is about transforming perceptions and helping instil a sense of confidence and independence in disabled people.
“My ethos is to seek potential beyond impairment, both personally and through my colleagues,” says Ross, who has worked with countless private businesses, government institutions, care providers, and educational facilities.
Ross is a skilled and experienced disability consultant who sees a better world for people living with all types of impairments.
I believe in helping people arrange their own support needs in a person centred way, which ultimately provides them with more choice and control over their own lives.
